Paddle a canoe with your experienced, bilingual guide Jonathan through Las Baulas National Marine Park where you will see various native wildlife such as howler monkeys, crocodiles, iguanas, exotic birds and experience the unique flora and fauna of the mangroves in Guanacaste Province, Costa Rica.
The average tour takes about 2 hours but can go as long as 5 hours. We recommend you bring sunscreen, bug repellent, a sturdy pair of shoes or sandals and you will definitely want to bring your camera.
If you are in Playa Grande we meet up at Las Tortugas Hotel and if you are coming from Tamarindo there is a water taxi and ask where the trail (camino) is and you will be picked up at the end of the trail. It’s about a 3 minute walk.
